Travis is a true professional who responded quickly and made the entire remediation process go smoothly! He communicated daily on how the process was going. He also found some past fire damage in our walls and documented his findings with photos and video for us. Although we couldn't claim the fire damage on insurance, we were impressed with Travis's level of commitment to help us secure the proof we would need for a claim. I would not hesitate to recommend Next Generation Water & Fire -they were so wonderful when my air conditioner condenser pipe in the attic caused water damage. I had an accident myself before the incident was still in fragile condition-Travis came out got the fans going right away & because of my special needs & a family coming in from another state in a few days he went above & beyond what I would imagine another company would of done to get the wall out & in & painted & everything back together again! The overall experience deserves 10 stars but Yelp only allows for 5. From the very beginning the process was made clear, the expectations were set and they exceeded all of them. The work was done in less than the estimated time and the pricing for the quality of work was inexpensive. I am grateful to have been referred to them because they made the process stress free. I highly recommend them.
