Disaster is the only description. Unprofessional staff. The treatment and therapy were non existent. The facility and activities are not as described. Phone calls never returned. I picked up my grandson and no one spoke to me about his release and what to expect or offered Do's and Don'ts! I had no idea he had such an addiction to alcohol, I was under the impression it was marijuana and other pills. Please DO NOT use this facility. Contact me if you want more information.
Beautiful facility located right on the lake in Florida - the staff was passionate about helping young people and it felt like real change was happening in a safe space... Highly recommended!
So very important to have staff who is on the ball. Thank you Jared Croy and everyone you make things that are hard so much easier because of your compassion.
