Their Youth Program is a great entry level fitness programs for pre-teen boys & girls to learn how to exercise, use fitness equipment & start light lifting.
I Recently started classes at Next Gen Center. What attracted me to this facility was the small group individualized training. What I have found after several weeks is a very well run fitness center. The staff and clients could not be more friendly or welcoming. There is training offered throughout the day so that you can easily tailor and adjust the time you can attend to your schedule.
