Great gym with exceptional ideas to modify to your needs. I hadn't exercised in a while & am 70+. My 1st session with 5 others (more advanced than me) was with John. He was fabulous- I've been to many other gyms & personal trainers & he's one of the best. All other trainers were also great and all are very friendly. It's a good choice for group training..

All the staff here are super friendly and very knowledgeable, I love the friendly atmosphere they have created. Kelly is a rockstar very supportive and a motivator, I love her energy and advice. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, the workouts are fun and intense but suitable for all level I always feel welcomed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay active and feel part of a community!”
Great trainers here! I have back issues and they keep an eye on me and direct alternate exercises to ensure I don’t get hurt. They keep it safe, challenging and fun! Can’t recommend them enough.
