My system was installed well - no complaints. It stopped producing power after a little less than two years. I contacted the owner and he ran me through a few troubleshooting measures. They didn't fix the problem. He said that he'd be in touch to work on it. I didn't hear from him for a couple of weeks. I called and the mailbox for the company was full.
