I have been partnering with them at Torrey Solar Farm in Penn Yan and "impressive" is a mild adjective when it comes to describing the site. My system was installed well - no complaints. It stopped producing power after a little less than two years. I contacted the owner and he ran me through a few troubleshooting measures. They didn't fix the problem. He said that he'd be in touch to work on it. I didn't hear from him for a couple of weeks. I called and the mailbox for the company was full. I sent an email, he responded saying that he wasn't avoiding me and that he would get to it. That was two months ago. I haven't heard from him and he doesn't respond to email... read more
