This is a small, family owned business where the owners (brothers) are hands-on with all aspects of the business, which ensures that everything is done to perfection. I have not had any rugs cleaned yet, but I did contact them to have a custom rug pad cut for my oddly shaped area rug. They not only cut the pad for me, but also delivered it to my front door with smiles on their faces. We used this company for the first time in cleaning our valuable hand woven rugs. We couldn't have been more satisfied! They came and got them and in a week they were back in the house looking fantastic!! They were not only clean but the colors actually looked brighter. We had them take more rugs after seeing the first ones looking so great. Again in a week they were back looking fantastic. They also did our stairs and our bedroom rug in house. Kevin and Tim came to my home and picked up two large wool area rugs. They were prompt, professional and great to work with. I am so pleased with the outcome! My ten year old rugs look brand new! I highly recommend their services.
Over a year ago I had four area rugs cleaned. They picked up, dropped off, gave us new pads and put them back in our home. The rugs looked beautiful (they even had to repair a few that our dog chewed). My mom commented on how nice they looked and she’s one tough cookie! We had them clean another rug during the quarantine! No contact pick up and drop off. They rolled the rug for storage! Even removed a red slurpee stain from several years back! Pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend.
