Very impressed with their customer service and the whole experience. My original appt was cancelled same day due to an error on their machine. They gave me a refund and a courtesy reschedule. I came back today and was really happy with Lily! She was wonderful nice and calming throughout the whole appointment. She explained and provided information as we went. Will definitely come back to schedule another appointment when baby is bigger 🥹🤍 thank you team!

Absolutely love this place! I came in for a gender determination at 13 weeks + 5 and baby was crossing his legs the whole time, but our technician was so sweet and patient! My fiance and I felt so welcomed and care for here. We are so happy to have found this place (:

I bought a Doppler, which sent me into a spiral of anxiety, and next generation prenatal was my cure to it all. I had a great experience with Lily and her student. The place is very clean. I would not hesitate in coming back here.
