I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. My 3-year-old son was denied medical care because I did not have my HSA card with me. My family has been coming to this pediatric urgent care for years. We have always paid our copays, have never had an outstanding balance, and have never missed a payment. I explained this to the front desk representative, but it made no difference. We came to this Urgent Care with my 2yo after she had an accident falling down on her chin pretty hard to say the least.. we were lucky there was almost no other patients so they took us in quickly. Dr Mehta was so caring and really professional with his skills to check everything thoroughly in a very gentle, playful and loving manner (consider screaming from the shock and pain toddler, is not particularly cooperative).
