Best MMA gym in all of DFW. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the gym stays clean and well kept, and the instruction is top notch. You will not go wrong sending your kids, friends, or family to this establishment!
If you're lucky enough to live near it, this is one of the best gyms in American for Nogi bjj. And I'm not saying that lightly. It's ridiculously great.
