The technician fixed the problem and told me it will be $900.00. When I complained that they fixed the same problem in my other residence and it was less than $200.00. He said ok give me $385.00. It seemed it was a rip off. I won’t contact them anymore. I made a big mistake.

Professional courteous and fair pricing
These guys were awesome. I had contacted another place they came out and told me I had to replace my furnace as the heat exchanger was cracked. These guys contacted me back and said that was an A typical line people try to use when they are just trying to sell you a new furnace. this turned out to be the case as my regular guy finally called back and showed up. It was only a minor repair as these guys had indicated. True professionals, with honesty and integrity!
I can’t say enough about how awesome Nextgen is. Aaron and Adam have helped me a few times over the years on my older home and a rental property and they are simply awesome to work with. Today we had an issue with our furnace that I couldn’t resolve and Aaron came out quickly and we are up and running again. Thank you guys for always being there. Definitely recommend. 6/5 stars.
