The bottom line is that this company operates with a level of integrity that I find to be unmatched. At the time I purchased my home over a year ago I was single (obviously female), and a first time home owner. I strongly encourage you to do your research before choosing Next Generation Builders out of Beloit. We’ve had nothing but issues since closing. They still haven’t fully held up their end of the bargain after mistakes were made with our basement (they poured our custom home’s foundation too shallow) and final walk through items including an issue with the window screens took six months to resolve. This builder and their realtor are very difficult to work with and unwilling to do any negotiating on homes they are building. I would not recommend working with them.
We are the second owners of a NextGen home. When we had water coming into our basement, I reached out to NextGen to see if they could tell me anything, so that I would not have to blindly troubleshoot the issue. Not only was NextGen able to help identify the problem, but NextGen helped to coordinate the repair. Later, when a storm caused siding damage to our home, NextGen helped order the exact siding to match the home and coordinated installation. We built our house in 2021 with Next Generation and we love it. We had some facia blow off a few weeks back, so I reached out to them in hopes they would fix it, however, I am outside of my warranty so my confidence they would fix it was low. With no questions asked they sent a guy over to fix them as they stand by their work. He was extremely friendly and professional and even walked around to make sure nothing else was coming loose. Great company to buy a he from!
