Buying a brand new home was a bit nerve wracking, but Stacy did a great job throughout the entire process, and truly took the fear out of the new build process. We made sure to embrace the fact that a brand new home is going to settle, and possibly obtain some flaws. We had no major issues at all. Every concern we had throughout the warranty period was addressed showing the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We absolutely love our home, and will be sure to invite Nextgen for future projects.
Dave at Next Gen has been great to deal with. He is in charge of warranties and projects. We have been here about 2 months and during that time he has helped resolve some issues that have come up and we are grateful. We want to let the owners of Next Gen know they have an excellent representative in Dave.
Tim at Next Gen has been fantastic. I had an issue he dealt with it quickly very professionally. They did a great job. Atlas Concrete also poured my back patio and did a beautiful job with that. Thanks Tim for all your hard work and help.
I want to share my experience with Next Generation Builders. Some interactions have been wonderful, but one in particular. Dave. From our first meeting I found him to be: Task/goal oriented Problem solver Responsive to all requests/concerns A listener (a rare attribute) and overall a people person. When you add all these things into one person, you have a stellar employee. The issues were addressed almost immediately so there was no cause for concern. I would recommend Next Generation with Dave at your side.
Next Generation builders has been responsive with any issues that have came up with our new build home and do a good job making sure we are satisfied with the end result.
