We built a Beautiful custom River home with Next Generation over 5 years ago and couldn’t be happier. They were easy to work with and we got everything we wanted for an excellent price. I would highly recommend them for your custom home build! The quality and craftsmanship is hard to find.

Next generation built condos in the Manchester trails subdivision. They rent them out as opposed to selling them. This particular photo I am showing is a woman who is babysitting but refuses to park on the correct side of the road. The unit she's babysitting for is 15546. I will call the cops if this is not corrected by next generation contacting the tenant to instruct their babysitter not to park in the opposite direction of the street. It is a hazard. Next Generation has been a pleasure to work with since we’ve purchased one of their homes. Everyone has been easy to work with, super responsive, and really kind.
