We have been working with Next Generation builders for 8+ months to build a new home in Orfordville, WI. The road to building a home is a bumpy one, but Stacy Todd has been with us all the way. I bought a spec house Built by Next Generation back in May 2024. Worst decision I ever made. I was promised when we walked through all the things that we’re gonna be corrected when I closed, but that was never the case . The final grade and seeding were a joke , the grass is weeds. I had water in my basement two days after and it was justified from them because we had a lot of rain that spring. We love our new condo (been here now 5 months). Nextgen provides both a quality product but are there after the sale. They are always responsive and my experience with their employees are wonderful, professional, courteous and friendly craftsmen.
If you are looking for a quality made home sadly next gen is not it! We were blown away by the beautiful designs and layouts but do not let that fool you! They quickly rush to get these homes done to move onto the next project and it shows. We are first time home buyers and wish we had done some more research before buying. We have been in our home for a few months now and have already encountered a multitude of issues such as a flooded basement due to a water heater malfunction as it was installed improperly, a foundation c... read more
