Purchased lighting from them and once installed figured out it wasn't working as designed. Reached out to company, people are nice however their warranty process for replacement lighting is ridiculous. No one should have to wait 2+ weeks with no replacement in sight. Refused to accept lights back outside their return policy and refund my money. They are not going out of their way to help me out. Basically nicely telling me I have to wait which is non-sense.
