I’ve seen it all and there’s nothing else like NextGen! Reception and Gym Team are absolutely top notch. The instructors are very knowledgeable and always keen to help with any questions I have to progress my training. The facilities are superb. I’ve started regularly using the ice baths/sauna and have seen so much improvement in my energy and recovery. Seriously could never go back to a regular gym now.
