My PT Darren is absolutely amazing! He is super patient, caring and professional. He went above and beyond to tailor the program to my level and kept me motivated! Yan is a fantastic and lovely yoga teacher. Her yoga knowledge and skill are excellent. Her Vinyasa Yoga classes are very energising and are with effective sequencing. Yan provides options for poses and will go around checking on students and re-position us to ensure we are doing it right. I always feel great after her yoga classes. I had the chance to do a one-day tour at Next Gen Club Doncaster, and I was truly impressed! The facilities are world-class – both the indoor and outdoor pools are absolutely amazing, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The gym, spread across two levels, is equipped with the latest high-tech machines, and the classes are spacious and well-structured.
