I had a wonderful experience at Next ERA Physical Therapy with Casey. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about his patients’ recovery. He took the time to explain each step of my treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I also want to mention the front desk team—they are always welcoming, organized, and helpful with scheduling. The entire environment is friendly and professional. Casey is very helpful in providing home workouts for my shoulder. He offers an understanding of motions that create tendonitis of the rotator cuff after a surgery twenty years ago. He mobilizes the joints to relax the tension and help with strength.
I had a great experience at Next Era Physical Therapy. The front desk staff is very helpful and welcoming. I worked exclusively with Robert, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and used a variety of effective methods, including dry needling, electrical stimulation, and guided exercises. His professionalism and care made a real difference. I highly recommend this office.
