I agree with all of the other 1 star reviewers on here. I called today I was referred to their organization I explained the urgency of my situation. She wanted me to wait until tomorrow for a call back. I explained the urgency w/needing the document to file at the court because the Court closed at noon the next day when I asked her to escalate the call she told me that whoever I talk to you is going to tell me the same thing but she put me on hold for 25 minutes left me hanging when I called back to see why she left me on ho... read more
I can see why this place has negative reviews. They are unprofessional in getting more people to help join their organization with delayed responses and an unreasonable expectations. It's very sad because a lot of people are in need of these types of services and certainly can benefit from more staff to help them. Next door also has low boundaries and does not take the hint if you are not interested in joining their team, which only adds to the poor experience.
