Rude staff, the gate has been taken down so very limited security, and they do not abide by their own contract. It said I had to submit, in writing, that I wanted to cancel my rental with them during my final month. She said, “We don’t go by the contract. Come back when you empty it. As long as items are there, you cant cancel your rental”. That’s not what their contract states, but as she said, they don’t actually honor what’s written BY THEM. Ridiculous.
This was a great and fast the clerk was so nice enough to show me the storage making sure it was clean I'd recommend this to all friends and family thank you
It was my first time ever trying to get a storage unit and Jackie made it very easy!
