Edit!*** i spoke with jackie at 11:49am july7th. she refused to give me owners or corporate managers phone number. Said i can only speak with marcy because i hired private council. She also hung up on me. I asked a good time to call Marcy and she replied she bounce around store to store. She will call you. I was very happy with this company until just recently. Not only did they raise my fee $30.00 but they didn't even send me a notice. Plus I had snow inside my unit which should not happen and the trim on the door is coming off. I would of left a half star but it won't let me. Do NOT get a storage from this company. They are liars and thieves.
The year and a half here has been nothing but problems. Marcy has change my rate 4 times for my 5x5 the smallest unit. Just today I was told that my new rate will be $110.. shame on her! She will take advantage of you and reel you in with a "Internet" cheap price but that will change starting in a few months. If you look across the street at BB they have 5 stars for a reason. When I told the gentleman what she was doing he said he would look me in at a rate of 54 bucks for 3 years with climate control if needed. I never comp... read more
