Christina and I were in Port Angeles for Crabfest on my birthday. We picked six establishments as a culinary tour of the area. Next Door was best of our dining experiences. We'll return next time we are on the peninsula.
The staff, food and atmosphere is spot on. I would go to Port Angeles just for the Next Door Gastropub.
It was packed during a Hawks game. Service was Great, the food was Great. Very interesting menu. We will be back.

Great Gastro burgers at a good price - got to move on from an IPA heavy beer tap though
Always the best food, service and atmosphere. This is the first time I was disappointed. The slider was so overlooked that the meat was dry and crumbly. The carnelised onions were charred and the sauce was minimal. My friend mentioned his burger lacking in flavor as well. The fish taco was good! Nobody asked and it wasn't bad enough to send it back, so I ate it without complaint! Will be back!
