The pesto, egg, sausage on asiago bagel was delicious. The coffee was clean with no off notes. I picked up a coffee cake muffin and a lemon cream cheese muffin (added later lemon cream cheese muffin has nuts) for later and to duplicate. The starter hipster atmosphere is nice. One chair was to hard, one chair was to soft, the couch was just right. I've been here before and while I'm not in Blacksburg often I usually end up here for breakfast.
Bakery items are always so good and the employees are very kind. Best birthday cake in Blacksburg with lots of flavor options. One of my favorite places for casual coffee and treats!
I got the avocado toast with a couple add ons and lavender tea. The flavors were delicious just wished there was more avocado. I decided to go with 5 stars because, again very delicious flavors, price was fair, but the portion of avocado was barely there. I am definitely coming back to try again
Hokie makes good!!! This little shop is owned and operated by a Virginia tech grad. The ambience is perfect chill coffee shop. Baked goods are excellent (I really liked the chocolate banana bread). Bagel sandwich super tasty. Coffee was solid. Employees were friendly, too. This is my new go-to in Blacksburg. I'd rather hang out here and watch the world go by than eat corporate offal. Small shops rule the world.
good coffee spot to hangout, the coffee itself is decent or good enough if you're in the area but i wouldn't go out of my way to come here. the pastries are similar, theyre decent but not that good.
