I’ve used this company twice and had great experiences both times. In 2023, they replaced the spring on my garage door and did an excellent job. More recently, they installed a new garage door opener, and everything went smoothly. Their technicians were on time, professional, and easy to work with, and the office staff was friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend them.
Anyone who has a garage you will have this in your future. The garage door won't work. The spring broke & I had no strength is get the door to open. I called Next Door, & I was surprised. In 15 minutes he pulled into the driveway, got the door open. Got the cars out & an hour later all was good. Thank you
We recently had a new garage door installed by Next Door, Inc. Rich and his guys did a fantastic job. We considered several garage door dealers offering several brands of doors. Every contact we had with Next Door was positive. We needed some structural alterations done as we were going with a larger door. Great experience start to finish. The consultantion for a quote was very professional and answered every question. Scheduling was easy. Installation was so smooth, very professional, kind, and thorough. Quality products service by clear professionals.
RICH and his co worker came out only a few hours after I called the office. They were punctual, professional and very easy to work with. They replaced both springs, rollers and cables and changed out a couple old brackets that needed upgrading. He greased every wheel and roller and completed the job in 45 minutes. I'm very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone. I know who I'm calling the next time I need service! Well done!
