I've never written a review in my life, but this is information anyone considering living in the Next Development "luxury lofts" should be aware of. Upon moving in, the unit was filthy. Black rings in the tub, dust, broken sink attachment, light bulbs burned out, sinks not draining properly, etc. After informing our landlord, he responded by saying that he was not responsible for what his tenants put down the sinks and it would be our responsibility to fix. Avoid this place the landlord upon meeting him seems like a great guy however....he’s anything but. He lies to anyone that’s living in his units about ways to help his tenants. CCAP him! He has kept every person’s deposit and has completely been the biggest slum lord of the fifth ward. The day I’m moving in I realize that my unit has not been cleaned.
