Dishonest Made to believe the application fee is necessary. False advertising Promoting dogs that aren’t available as there’s no frequent communication between the company and breeder. Believe all the negative reviews. You’ll end up having a poor experience. I’ve been requesting my $25 refund and of course my requests continue to go unanswered.
As one of the few ethical breeders on the website, they favor puppy mills. They would often call me to tell me my puppies were priced too high and that they will not sell and they wouldn't make money. The breeder rep job is to manipulate the breeder. When I signed up, I made it clear that I wanted to interview and video chat all prospective puppy buyers before hand. I am a breeder who signed up with this website a few months ago. They mark up the puppies by roughly $2000. They have terrible communication and worst of all they do not let breeders speak with prospective buyers. They made us use their own transportation company for a dog going from Florida to Rhode Island. It took six days for the dog to get to Rhode Island and when he got there he was severely malnourished and dehydrated. The buyer did not even recognize the dog. Well, I wanted to get a little German Shepherd puppy as a companion for my Shepsky (German Shepherd Husky) puppy. I started by emailing the breeder to ask if the dog were still available. She was. Then, the breeder sent me the link to apply online for the puppy, which I did. He asked me when I wanted the puppy shipped, and I asked if I could leave a deposit and pay the price in full my next pay check. If I could rate this negative stars I would. This site is a SCAM. Thank God we didn't spend a dime with them. However , we did drive 3 HOURS to see the dogs we were interested in. She said she breeds high quality dogs. But clearly she is either a puppy mill or should be selling them put of a cardboard box. NextDayPets is masquerading their emails as Lancaster Puppies. I started signing up for an account and something smelled bad so I did some research and found out they ripped off a lot of people. After that, I refused to do business with them. Recently I got an email from "Lancaster Puppies", a reputable firm, asking me if I was still interested in a particular dog. ****** ****** submitted 2 Puppy match profiles under ***************@gmail.com on Next Day Pets website for an Australian Cattle Dog. He did NOT remove his profiles. Lancaster Puppies is one of our breeders. Due to ****** having profiles on our site is how they were able to contact him. Next Day Pets has been in business since 2003. We are not in business to defraud any of our customers. Upon receiving this complaint, we have removed both of ******'s profiles.
Searching for a dog I found one from a breeder I was already familiar with and paid a $25 application fee to this website....for what???? My fault for not contacting the breeder directly to begin with. When I called customer service (after seeing numerous consumer complaints for the exact same issue) I was told the $25 lets a breeder know that you a "ready, willing and able buyer". Next Day Pets has been in business since 2003. We are not in business to defraud any of our customers. Applications are a part of Next Day Pets. Applications are not mandatory, they are optional. One can still reach out to any advertiser via email or calling them. The Terms are presented on the payment page. Jane was refunded her $25 because the puppy had already been sold. We are sorry she is not happy with how Next Day Pets operates.
Me and my wife sold English Bull Terriers on this site. Better known as the **********. Only 1 liter. We feel that there are scammers on both ends. They need to provide a way to report these criminals ! Tampa Bay Florida found 3 from there and they clearly wasted our time. We have bought 2 dogs from 2different breeders shipping was not an issue. Next Day Pets is simply a Classifieds site. Our site is public. Anyone can contact you as that is what this site is intended for. Next Day Pets easily screens for scamming "Advertiser's" and they do NOT make it on our site. We cannot screen "Buyers". Next Day Pets does not personally sell any of the puppies/dogs listed on our site. The potential buyer contacts the Advertiser directly. This company is supposed to verify that all of the companies advertised on their website are reputable companies. I used Adorable Bulldogs, which I found on their site, and am being taken for a ride. Next Day Pets was helping me, at first. Now, nothing. I would be very cautious, to say the very least, to use anyone on their website. Save yourself the financial and emotional stress.
