Went through Amazon in early December & placed an order from Next Day MRO for my wife’s birthday on 12/27. Estimated arrival was 12/20-12/26. On 12/26, tracking showed detailed route up to that point & showed it would be delivered by 8p that night. Later that night when I checked status, all tracking info had been removed & now it just shows that it’s delayed & should arrive by Jan 1st. Ordered a fireplace through Amazon from Next Day MRO. Product indicated it had shipped. Approximately a week after it was supposed to arrive I had to initiate a complaint to get any information. Only then dd they inform me they were unable to fulfill my order and I would be receiving a refund.
