His idea was to open a carpet sales and showroom in Glen Burnie that focused heavily on the customer experience – giving everyone who walked in the door the friendly attention they deserve, prices they could afford and quality carpeting that kept them coming back. We had a wonderful experience. Our salesman Victor was on time, showed us lots of samples and even came back to give us other options. When we were ready, he scheduled our installation quickly. The crew that came were very professional and completed our entire installation in one day.
The crew arrived on time, we're very efficient, proficient, professional and courteous/respectful. Steven was an awesome consultant as well. Very knowledgeable, he explained our options and costs in easy to understand terms for laymen such as myself. Highly recommended!
