As an established customer I was shocked when I called to get a dumpster brought out and was told my area was no longer serviced because "it is too far and our drivers don't like to drive it." I am located 3 miles outside of eastern wake county in NC where over 4000 houses are currently under construction - and I see your dumpsters here all the time. Thanks for showing a loyal customer how much my business is not appreciated.

I have used this company to rent one of their 20 yard dumpster that include a free 3 ton for $467.00They charge me an extra fee of $114.00 two weeks after they remove the dumpster from my property assuming that the dumpster was over loaded when the dumpster was half full. They never provide a proof of overload. I've used them before and I'll use them again! Everyone from the gal on the phone that helped me choose the right size dumpster, the drivers, and all the way up to the head honcho, my experience was tops! All were professional, the driver was on time and placed the bin with such precision it was amazing! The efficiency of email responses, billing, heads up phone calls b4 delivery, and a willingness to delay pick up so my client could retrieve something that was dumped by mistake....I can say thank you enough!!
worse experience with next dumpster. I received a bill for two dumpster that I rented on two separate days , one for 500, and another for 500. Then they charge me for overweight on the second dumpster for 494. I was told I was over weight on the second dumpster, for their assign " insider weight limit". I guess that is the bait and switch that Next Day like to employ with getting extra from it's customers.
