I paid $203 for my small 600sqft apartment so I’m expecting it to be spotless.. Overall, they did an okay job. I’m very disappointed my kitchen counters weren’t touched, crumbs left in the microwave, and some cabinet/ drawers still dusty. I ran my finger across every surface to check and was genuinely heartbroken since I would’ve liked to do business with them again one day. I’m left feeling robbed so definitely should’ve taken care of it myself. Positives: Easy setting up an appointment and the cleaners arrived promptly.
Cleaning is not worth the cost; quick check looked ok but after looking further and getting headaches from the extreme smell of fabulouso not clearing up at all, mopped floors ourselves (defeating the purpose of hiring cleaners) and it showed the floors were not rinsed properly, corners and baseboards missed entirely. Will not use again. Decent job vacuuming though.
The cleaning crew was prompt and did an overall decent job but I was a bit upset they didn’t clean all the cobwebs in all the corners in the house though the list of touch points specifically included cleaning cobwebs. They also completely forgot to vacuum a throw rug in the living room. Finding braces rubber bands and other debris still in the rug means they just bypassed it. They also quoted 3hrs but needed four. Nextday Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my home! Not only was the house spotless, but they also went above and beyond with the carpet cleaning. The carpets look fantastic, and I’m really happy with how clean and refreshed everything feels. The team was friendly, professional, and took great care with every detail. I’ll definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent cleaning!
