The cleaning crew was prompt and did an overall decent job but I was a bit upset they didn’t clean all the cobwebs in all the corners in the house though the list of touch points specifically included cleaning cobwebs. They also completely forgot to vacuum a throw rug in the living room. Finding braces rubber bands and other debris still in the rug means they just bypassed it. They also quoted 3hrs but needed four.
