Installers arrived on time. Very professional. Answered all my questions and I am happy with the completed outcome. I am most happy with the option to rent as i only feel this will be a short rental which gives our family peace of mind if we had to get 96 year old dad out of the house. Thanks to Doris in the office and the two installers. All around - job well done!!
I called what I believed to be the Anaheim Office for this company to install a ramp for my husband who has Parkinson's. The experience started out well. The foreman they sent named Alek was terrific, but for some reason I had to deal with a lady named Doris in San Antonio to get my estimate. She was diligent and helpful, though, no problem. Doris was a pleasure to work with,very professional and very friendly ! Lance the installer was a very polite young man ,easy to work with and very knowledgeable ! I was amazed how fast my ramp was delivered! The whole experience with this company was great,and I can highly recommend them !
Dear Next Day Access, I’m always skeptical and doubtful that I will be satisfied and content with choices I have to make in life… and at age 83 I’m more wary than ever.
