The guys that came out ( AJ, Felix and ?) were so kind and considerate. They made sure everything was done correctly. We love this company and the people that work there.
Everyone I spoke with was great. They came out took measurement and got back to me right away. They were able to set up delivery of the wheelchair ramp the next day. Lance and AJ were Great! They called to let us know they could come a little earlier than scheduled to set up the ramp, which worked out great. Thank you next day Access Orange County for your quick response time!
Before I found Next Day Access, I had already called 3 other companies ( but they were based in Laguna, Irvine and Laguna Niguel) and they had nothing available this week( I called in a Monday). Then I called Next Day Access and was happy to hear they were in Anaheim so next door to me. Doris was very accommodating and found me a technician that could come between 9-11 on Wed. Next Day Access Orange County installed a 13-foot metal ramp from our driveway to our porch, enabling us to get a transport chair in and out of our house without having to navigate two front steps. The installation team did a great job, and Doris in the office was very helpful every step of the way.
