Everyone I've dealt with on this team is an absolute amazing experience. I had my ramps installed in my house up my stairs outside. They were here within a couple days and put up in literally an hour. Thank you for being so kind. Customer service goes a long way. Thanks again. Highly recommend
If you need a wheelchair ramp installed immediately call these people. I talked to them on the phone. Chris came out to take measurements. The very next day I had a ramp in time for my daughter’s surgery. It was such a relief. Local competitors were giving my dates two weeks out. These are good people. They did great work. Thank you everyone at Next Day Access!
I appreciated the the customer service we received during ordering, installation and removal of the ramp. I was pleased when they came to remove the ramp and then offered to reinstall the stair handrail that was removed during installation. I was worried I'd have to find someone to replace the rail. Thank you to you all!
