In May 2025, I reached out to Next Day Access Northeast Ohio when I found out I was having to have both of my knees replaced again. We were looking at ramps for me to be able to get outside because I was restricted to using a wheelchair. Chris was very prompt at responding. We decided to look around at other places. I needed to rent a ramp within a week due to unexpected health issues. Next Day came thru for me. Ramp is sturdy and installers were professional and very nice. I would recommend giving Next Day Access a call should you need ramp installed.

Todd was great on the phone setting things up. Andy and Emma were fantastic and quick putting our wheelchair ramp up, putting a rubber entrance at the door and even trimming a low hanging branch! Excellent service!!! Thank you!!!
