JT Robert's was the technician that installed the lift for my scooter on my Lincoln Navigator. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to insure I knew all the operational things associated with my lift and had me perform them to make sure I was comfortable with it. Matthew Bowermaster is the technician you want for installing a stair lift. I was impressed with his demeanor and knowledge. He explained what the install entailed beforehand and made sure my FIL and I were both comfortable operating it before he left.
