Brad Colburn sold another house for us and is still the best real estate agent in Denver! He gave sound, practical advice throughout the process. He helped us find people for various repairs, even met them there after we left town. His pricing advice was spot on, we were under contract in 48 hours during a turbulent market period. Brad is a fun person and calming influence. He cares a lot for his customers and regularly goes above and beyond. I would give him more than 5 stars if they were available!!!
