They don’t care for their patients at all, once I was in and being taken back they pulled me out and said I can’t be seen when the insurance didn’t go immediately. They said they wouldn’t see me even though I was bleeding on the floor and needing help. DO NOT GO AVOID THEM FOR THEY DO NOT CARE.
It says you can walk in but we were turned away at 9 pm even though they are open until midnight. Also if you call no one answers the phone on any of the lines. I needed stitches but didn’t want to go to the ED. Lady at the desk was unhelpful and rude.
Dr Jason and team took great care of me for a small bone fracture. I felt sincere kindness and compassion from everyone who attended to me. Their waiting room is Covid-19 friendly as are their practices. I would feel good bringing my daughter here. They also called me to see how i was feeling and their customer service acted quickly when i needed help getting my records sent to another doctor. Thank you!
