They don’t care for their patients at all, once I was in and being taken back they pulled me out and said I can’t be seen when the insurance didn’t go immediately. They said they wouldn’t see me even though I was bleeding on the floor and needing help. DO NOT GO AVOID THEM FOR THEY DO NOT CARE.
It says you can walk in but we were turned away at 9 pm even though they are open until midnight. Also if you call no one answers the phone on any of the lines. I needed stitches but didn’t want to go to the ED. Lady at the desk was unhelpful and rude.
Dr Jason and team took great care of me for a small bone fracture. I felt sincere kindness and compassion from everyone who attended to me. Their waiting room is Covid-19 friendly as are their practices. I would feel good bringing my daughter here. They also called me to see how i was feeling and their customer service acted quickly when i needed help getting my records sent to another doctor. Thank you!
Booked an appointment and they made me wait outside for an hour and a half. I watched people that walked in after me leave. I was hopeful after reading good reviews online, but I was very disappointed by the service.
I did not mean to give this a star because it deserves 0/5. I booked my appointment online because it said they did the antibody test here, and it clearly states it on their website. I get to my appointment 15 minutes early just to be told they don't offer antibody testing, but it clearly states on their website that they do. Another location cancelled my appointment I had made with no reason why. I will never go here or any other of these businesses ever again. I will find another place to do my health care needs.
