I just went up here to look at a vehicle. Don’t know the guy name, but he’s very tall and skinny Caucasian. Maybe Russian asked him about a vehicle. He didn’t know any information on it and he told me he didn’t wanna do business with me turned away and walked away. I guess I dodged a bullet, very rude and unprofessional.
Save yourself some time and a headache with these people. They are very very rude and nasty people. This business needs to actually be shut down if not I can see a person losing it on them. They’ll steal your money and repo your car for being one week late on payment and will not try to work with you in any kind of way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. IF ANYTHING RUN AWAY FROM THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CAR FOR BEING ONE PAYMENT BEHIND AND TERMINATE YOUR LEASE. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE AND JOHANNA IS THE WORST SHE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DON’T WORK WITH YOU ANY TYPE OF WAY. THEY'RE JUST SOME MONEY HUNGRY THIEVES!!!
