I came in terrified, exhausted, and feeling completely defeated. The staff here treated me like a human being from day one. They were patient, understanding, and never once made me feel judged. Detox is never easy, but they made it safe, manageable, and hopeful. I walked out feeling clearer, supported, and ready for the next step. Truly grateful for Nextstep.
I flew in from North Carolina, Billie made the entire process very easy. Upon arrival at Salt Lake International, her transport team was very professional and greeted me at the arrivals hall. When I arrived, the nurses seamlessly checked me in. I was given a thorough medical check before being able to lay down on a very comfortable bed! I was torn between the Sheridan and the grand America, They had nothing but no vacancy, So Nexstep came in clutch last last second, They take in 24/7 and greet you at the door with welcome arms and Valume, They staff is absolutely stunning, Don't hesitate one bit for room service, This is hands down one of the best 5 day staycations I’ve ever had the fortune of encountering, I plan on coming here next year for my park city skiing trip. I was very happy with my stay here. The staff was absolutely incredible and worked so hard to make sure I was safe and comfortable. I had no problems asking for help and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed to succeed. The providers, the nurses, and the techs were all amazing. I would recommend this Place to anyone!
