Arthur Ramos came to check my air conditioner through Nexgen via Home Depot. He was very professional as he explained the air conditioning units basics, which I was not aware as a senior citizen. He was very patient as he answered my questions about the unit. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Needed to explore the possibility of having my main sewer line cleaned and possibly set up with a new inner sleeve. Brandon was very professional. He ran a camera and showed me all the specific problems and left me with a video of the issues and an estimate. If the rest of the company is as professional as Brandon they can be regarded as top notch
We are very satisfied with NexGen staff who operated in a very professional manner both with the sale and installation of our new Heating and Air Conditioning System. We also were very impressed with the installation time - only two days from start to finish. Start time to install was the day after the sale was consummated. Most impressive performance. As for the chosen units of heating and air conditioning … we are also impressed with performance of said units…
