UPDATE Feb 21, 2024: At first when I made the original post it appears they won me with all the details and attention they gave to my account. However, once the installation was done and finished, they followed by ignoring our follow up requests. They have failed to service the unit since the installation almost a year ago (mind this we were on maintenance with our previous unit). They have not followed up to see how the unit is working and worst of all I have reached out to the supervisor because they left a big whole on ou... read more
