They don’t help you be accountable by checking on you when you haven’t come in for weeks. There’s no check up text or call. That’s after working out for weeks, every week same days, same trainer. They don’t care about your health, just the money. They don’t mention that your account will be closed if you don’t come in for a month. At 51 and having never worked out, I knew health and wellbeing were essential in order to be who I wanted to be; for myself and the ability to show up for others. I interviewed 3 trainers and easily settled at NexGen. After over 2 years, words seem to fall short describing my appreciation for all the trainers! Great people and facility! Trainers are energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, and challenging all in a non-judgmental way. In addition to providing a customized workout, the trainers show a genuine interest in discussing the client's nutritional challenges offering encouragement and healthy alternatives. The personal, one-on-one business model makes coming back and sticking with the program much easier than solo workouts at a traditional health club. Give them a try...you will not be disappointed.
Staff is very friendly & workouts are effective. I highly recommend for people who prefer smaller, more personable establishments.
