we met Justin when we moved into our new home about a year ago, we had him back out sept7 to check the air flow to one of the bedrooms...it all checked out great our experience with nexgen and justin are all very good and will recommend, as I am a real estate agent over 30 after using the rest, we found the best...thanks Justin!
I contact Nexgen as I needed the condensation drain line of my AC unit blown out. There was no "analysis" of diagnostic done, as I told them exactly what the problem was, where it was, and what needed to be done. (Hey, even if I had not done many years in the AC/Heating trade myself, a backed up condensate run is something any homeowner can determine.) I will never call these ppl again appointment at 4-5 no one showed up called and call said 5-6 then they changed it to 7-8 like really. I'm disappointed and I wasted my whole day waiting for nothing. Still no show worst is they don't even call to tell u they are never coming. I am posting every single website I can for this mess. No apology nothing from them. I need to figure out a small claims for wasting my time
