Please be mindful and do your homework before placing a loved one at these facilities or signing a lease. They oversell services at lease signing that they cannot deliver on, such as "in house" physical therapy until you move in and then its "I'm sorry our third party provider does not accept your insurance, you'll have to pay out of pocket." This company really understands Medical Office Building development and management. They are interested in solutions for all the parties involved from investors and hospital systems to individual physician tenants and their patients' experience.

Most Unprofessional company I have ever done Business with. The property Managers Are impossible to get a hold of, they never return for phone calls as well as never responded emails. It took me two months, 18 phone calls and 14 emails to finally get ahold of someone. And then when you finally get a hold of them, they act like they're doing you a favor by speaking with you. By all means stay away from this company.
