We brought our tank to get exchanged, they said “no truck no exchange” so we came back with a truck “that’s a Boggs tank, take it to Boggs” so we drive all the way to Boggs for them to say “that’s not ours, no idea why they didn’t exchange it but those guys aren’t going to change their mind and we are out of stock at the moment” I should have listened because when I called nexair to clear up the confusion the guy who answered didn’t want to listen to what I had to say, didn’t address the miscommunication, and made up another... read more
Cheaper and faster than Boggs!
Worst customer service ever! In the past 3 years that I have gone up there; it was a rude heavy set guy that would not assist me in exchanging tanks and loading them in my vehicle. I'm 60 years old old. Shame on him
