Our tech Bryan was outstanding! Not only did he show up ON TIME, which never happens, he was also very knowledgeable and explained things so that I could understand. This company obviously holds their employees to a high standard as the tech was very clean and respectful of our home. He even put on the booty shoe protection after I said it wasn't necessary.
