First time visiting and I so enjoyed the class and instructor Stacey was fantastic. Sometimes, going to a new facility can be overwhelming trying to figure out what to do, where to go, and instructing. Stacey, was so great and I picked it all up so easily. She challenged me when I needed it and gave me form options when my body was struggling. I really enjoyed this facility and I’ll definitely be back. Great music choices too!

Can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather be at 5:30 am. Dedicated trainers and a challenging workout. The best gym in the area.
