I could write an ENTIRE essay of my terrible experience here, but im not going to waste my time writing it all. I got like one good haircut here, and thats the only reason it's not a one. I went here for my hair. I called to make an appointment for a balayage and ask if that was something they were able to do. They assured me that they could and set me up with an appointment. The day that I arrived, I showed the hair dresser the photos and said "Please let me know if you can do this. If not, I am comfortable with a haircut." I had went in for a simple cut last September from long to a short bob. She managed to butcher my hair so bad that I had to stop her in the middle of the cut. The manager saw the butcher job and profusely apologized and told me it couldn’t be fixed until it grew back. I had to wait SIX MONTHS for it to grow back. I went to a different salon because fool me once. The new stylist couldn’t believe how bad the cut was even after the regrowth.
