Front desk staff are very sweet. Can't say the same for SOME of the barbers. I asked for a TRIM with a #6 guard on the top and fade for the back/sides and came out looking like a literal egg. The barber pushed the entirety of the top of my hair back and just shaved it right off. Like what?? My bangs and essentially the majority of the hair on the top were gone, and I had no fade whatsoever on the sides. SOME of the barbers could definitely use their listening skills more.
