This hospital is the far best clean hospital in NY. Staff is very attentive & kind. Bathrooms are super clean. The food isn’t bad. 5/5 ⭐️
Not all but must of the staff is very unprofessional and careless, especially Doctors. Horrible service. One Doctor said something and when they switched shift nothing was done, never met the doctor, I had to keep asking about what was going on with my daughter.
No patient privacy. So much for Hipa compliance. Do not go to ER here. They will process you and leave you waiting in the hallway for hours. Dirty , unprofessional staff and not very patient friendly.
Worse hospital experience! Went for heart palpitations and headache, they didn’t do any imaging or take blood! Sent me home and told me to take Tylenol. Praying it’s nothing serious but I made an appointment with a cardiologist. Very disheartening because who knows what’s wrong now.
Nana dwona in the er wripped my needle out my arm hurting my vain when I complained about the pain she told me I can take it out myself and walked away . Worst experience ever would not recommend
