This hospital network has excellent medical staff, but the administration at this specific branch needs immediate improvement. I have had my privacy violated during two separate visits here. Despite signing forms to restrict the sharing of my information, unauthorized disclosures were made. The hospital staff has been completely unresponsive regarding how this happened or how they plan to fix it.
We took our toddler to the ER as it was advised after an urgent care to do so if we saw the symptoms get worst over the next 24 hours. The doctor was this younger man. He was extremely rude and condescending. The ER was practically empty and he was acting so indifferent and avoiding our questions. We communicated respectfully throughout the entire process, yet were made to feel like a nuisance. My advise to these doctors is to reconsider their perspectives on their job and their motives .
Unfortunately, there is no zero stars. I would’ve given a zero. Horrible treatment! The person by the front desk in the emergency room named Dean was very rude and embarrassed me in front of everyone in the waiting room. There were a lot of people and I got very embarrassed. I spoke to the supervisor she was understanding and she apologized for his behavior. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone everyone should go somewhere else.
I always 🙏🏾 she's on shift when I take my Mother to the Bronxville ER. Dr. Tatiana Terlecky is THE BEST!
