I had a great experience at the ER during my recent visit. I came here at around 12pm on Friday July 11th. After checking in at the front desk, I was seen within just 20 minutes, which is much faster than I expected. Throughout my visit, I was seen by multiple doctors, and each one took the time to listen carefully and give their full attention to everything I had to say. I never felt rushed or overlooked. WORST PLACE TO BE!!! If you are in pain and need serious attention don’t go into this hospital I’m begging! Night shift Nurses and doctors are chit chatting and not appropriate during work hours
It is Tuesday May 20, 2025 at around 9:30pm and while sitting in the Emergency Room I'm witnessing the worst display of professionalism I've ever seen. An 83 year old man is in the waiting area with his daughter and the front desk is being told that he CAN NOT BREATHE. The front desk response is that they need to wait and if they like they can go to another hospital. The total lack of empathy and professional courtesy is appalling.
