Horrible. Emergency room do not ask for your emergency, they just ask for your name. They also violate HIPPA asking information in the waiting area. The staff don’t even bother to ask if people need anything, at least a blanket: worst experience
I wish I could give this hospital a -5. I was treated so inhumane. I was mistakenly put under a suicide watch and denied medical care for a recent knee surgery I had. I was up all night and in pain when I went there for help because recovery has been unbearable. Multiple nurses lied and put in the system saying I was a danger and I wanted to hurt and kill everyone around me when I never said. My mom and boyfriend are my witnesses who were by my side the entire stay and I’ve never wanted to hurt anyone. I am so mentally distr... read more
