One of the worst emergency rooms you can go to, it’s an absolute shame. My mom was here for 10 HOURS for an ear infection in what was supposed to be the fast track. do NOT waste your time here, please go to mount Sinai or NYU and I promise you won’t have to deal with this nonsense and waste hours away.

This is the worst’s ER your crying in pain and Doctors and nurses sitting around laughing and joking. Please being seen before you and your sitting for 4hr in pain

The hospital apparently only has 1 doctor and 1 nurse on staff right now so it's taking hours to be seen. My wife and I are in a room with no AC which they knew about but were told nobody is coming to fix it. 90°+ outside right now. Also had to ask multiple times for pain medicine and since they have no staff on hand it took way too long to get a little bit of medicine. I went in to that hospital like around 9pm because i was in pain and bleeding and i was 4 weeks pregnant. The pain was so intense but they forgot about me and took them 5 hours to take my blood to check my Hcg levels and 7 hrs to go an ultrasound. And took them 4 hrs to come back with the ultrasound report. I was there from 9pm to 8am thats unacceptable. I had to go to another hospital to actually get a diagnosis and was able to resolve the situation. You guys treat patients like that because is in a low income neighborhood ... read more
