I have had surgery...great surgeon, great staff, great rehab. Success...Absolutely impossible to get a call back when you call that main number. Can take days....needs to be fixed!!
I’m writing to give a shout out to all the employees of the hospital who I encountered today while accompanying my best friend to a post-surgical appointment. Everyone was very friendly and considerate, including the parking valet, the security guards at the entrance, the cafeteria workers and the kind gentleman who noticed we seemed a bit lost after getting off the elevator and offered to guide us to our destination.
