Had good experience with this clinic. It was me and my husband’s first time visit — desk, RN, doctors were all friendly
It’d be great if their prescription department picked up their phones. Some of us need life saving medication.

The incompetence of the NYP Medical Group *office* staff - located at 540 Gramatan Ave in Mt Vernon NY - rears its head another time as they *again* submit claims incorrectly FOR THE EXACT SAME VISIT TYPE they submitted incorrectly before. This time causing me to be billed for an amount 4X what I was billed last time. (For the record, as of December 2024, I am STILL being billed for the mistake they made over a year ago - despite multiple efforts to straighten out *their* error.)
