The staff was nice and polite. I didn't wait that long. I waited about 10 minutes. The examination from my doctor went smoothly. She was very polite.
The doctors here are wonderful! They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Some of the front desk staff is unprofessional. I have had several bad experiences with being put on hold, never having my phone calls, returned, having a very difficult time getting my medication‘s refilled and having medication‘s removed from mychart. I would give the doctors here five stars and the front desk two stars. They make a situation escalate from bad to severe by not returning phone calls or forwarding your messages to your doctor.
