I have been waiting in the ER for over 6 hours now and have still not seen a doctor/provider. I have inquired several times about how much longer before I am seen and the nurse just replies "I will check with the provider", but then never follows up. I understand that hospitals are busy, but there were only 5 people in the ER waiting room when I walked in and now here I am 6 hours later still unseen. This is unacceptable.
Great staff starting with the ER room . The nurses are a so caring .and the doctor caring as well . Came in pain left with a smile . Thank you ... .. fractured ribs.. still left with a smile 😃
They use to be a premiere medical group in my opinion, but now they are just like any ordinary subpar medical group. They most likely will use the " Covid-19 Crutch" to explain their drop in customer service. A patient shouldn't have to beg for pharmacy refills or a follow up call for medical results.
