I had a very upsetting experience with the receptionist, Kelly, at Dr. Kazanskaya’s office. After my visit, Dr. Kazanskaya instructed me to speak with the receptionist to receive a referral to an orthopedic doctor as well as wound care instructions. When I approached the desk, Kelly initially seemed unaware of why I was there. She eventually provided a referral to an orthopedic doctor, but when I asked about the wound care instructions that Dr. Kazanskaya had mentioned, she told me that was all the paperwork she had. Kind caring and thorough
Im comend this location for the patience and hospitality provided to us patients. Monday I had my follow up appt with Dr. Dutta and was waiting for a while but the admin asst Samantha was helpful and assured me I'll be seen soon. She also gave me water to help with my fasting. I also want to thank the RN Megan for her assistance and of course Dr. Dutta for help with appt. Im glad hes my doctor.
