The doctors are great don't get me wrong they're really good doctors but you got to remember Presbyterian is the third top hospital in the country and the top hospital here in New York. However I have called a couple of times and told them that the virtual visit does not work for me because for some reason my phone does not allow access to the microphone and the camera for the virtual visit. Goodluck trying to get a hold of someone, phone just keeps ringing.. Workers block the crosswalk (black jeep with a red ny Presbyterian sticker on both back panels , strollers can't get bye..
I have visited this Medical Center, the Doctors and the staff there were very professional and friendly, Doctor Chan, staff Amie and Destini, very helpful and enthusiastic. I would like to thank Dr. Ramnauth especially, who extended his working hours to see me, I am very grateful. Dr. Dave Ramnauth is very professional.
